I’ve spent years
chasing hundredths.
Here’s what I’ve learned.

I’m Simon Hansen, a two-time Olympian and the founder of HansenSprint.

My own career has taught me how much difference the right training can make. HansenSprint is where I share that experience, so you can understand your training and approach it with a clearer purpose.

Whether you’re stepping onto the track for the first time or preparing for your next championship, there’s a place to start.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I need to be an elite sprinter?

No. HansenSprint has options for beginners, experienced sprinters, youth athletes, and footballers. Choose a program that fits your background and goals.

Should I choose the handbook or a training program?

Choose the handbook to deepen your understanding of sprint training. Choose a program if you want a structured training schedule to follow. They serve different, complementary purposes.

Can I combine a program with my current training?

Check its weekly schedule first. If you already train with a club or team, discuss how it will fit with your coach rather than simply adding every session on top.

What if I’m unsure which program fits?

Use the program comparison, then contact Simon with your event, training background, and available training days if you still need help.
