By request, we have made this demo program so you can see what the programs look like and how they work. The program has been chosen as the demo program, which is the 100m advanced program.
The goal of the demo version is to give you an idea of what the training programs we offer look like. Large parts of this demo program have been redacted, but the program is as close to the “real thing” as possible. All underlined parts have video material directly linked in the actual programs.
