Anyone can use this training program. However, this beginner program is specifically tailored to new sprinters with less than an entire season of experience and athletes who have been away from the track and are looking to get back into training. Performance-wise, consider starting here if your PB is over 53 seconds for men and over 59 seconds for women. However, all athletes can use the program regardless of level.
