Anyone can use this training program. However, this advanced program is specifically tailored to sprinters with a couple of seasons of experience with sprint training and who are ready to take their training and performances to the next level to smash their personal bests. Performance-wise, this training program is made for sprinters with personal bests between 48 and 52 seconds for men and between 54 and 57.5 seconds for women. However, all athletes can use the program regardless of level.
