The bundle consists of 5 training blocks over the span of 20 weeks for both the 100m, 200m, and 400m - all with their own unique workouts with the purpose of increasing speed in the respective events. This is closely related to my own 100m and 200m training plans and what I believe is the perfect way to train for the 100m, 200m, and 400m events.
Included are six workout days for every training block for every event. These workouts consist of everything you need to break your personal bests; weight training sessions, technical training, intervals, specific endurance, acceleration training, top speed training, speed workouts, plyometrics and so much more. A general tip for the training program: the volume (amount of hours of training) can be demanding for some. So, I recommend removing either the Wednesday or Thursday session during the first couple of training periods, if you need a little extra recovery throughout to adapt to the training.
