400m Sprint Training Program
This is the complete 400m sprint training program. It consists of 5 training blocks over the span of 20 weeks, all with their own unique workouts with the purpose of increasing speed in the 400m. This training program is decided for the 400m runners who want to run even faster than their current personal best time in the 400m.
