This is the 60m and 100m sprint training programs all in one! Here, you get both of the 60m and the 100m sprint training programs at a discount - two distinct and separate training programs.
Each program consists of 5 training blocks all with their own unique workouts with the purpose of increasing speed in either the 60m or the 100m. This is closely related to the training plans I did in the lead-up to the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 and some of the workout sessions used by other professional and olympic sprinters.
Included are six workout days for every training block. These workouts consist of everything you need to break your personal best in either the 60m or the 100m sprint; weight training sessions, technical training, intervals, specific endurance, acceleration training, top speed training, speed workouts, and so much more. A general tip for the training program: the volume (amount of hours of training) can be demanding for some. So, I recommend removing either the Wednesday or Thursday session during the first couple of training periods, if you need a little extra recovery throughout to adapt to the training.
