60m Sprint Training Program
This is the complete 60m sprint training program. It consists of 5 training blocks over 20 weeks, all with their own unique workouts with the purpose of increasing speed in the 60m. This is closely related to the training plan that other professional sprinters and I have been following to get fast for the indoor 60m.
Included are six workout days for every training block. These workouts consist of everything you need to break your personal best in the 60m sprint; weight training sessions, technical training, intervals, specific endurance, acceleration training, top speed training, speed workouts, plyometrics, and so much more.
