200m Sprint Training Program
This is the complete 200m sprint training program. It consists of 5 training blocks over the span of 20 weeks, all with their own unique workouts with the purpose of increasing speed in the 200m. This is closely related to the training plan I did to break the Danish record in the 200m and to become top 30 in the world in 2021.
Included are six workout days for every training block. These workouts consist of everything you need to break your personal best in the 200m sprint; weight training sessions, technical training, intervals, specific endurance, acceleration training, top speed training, speed workouts, plyometrics and so much more. A general tip for the training program: the volume (amount of hours of training) can be demanding for some. So, I recommend removing either the Wednesday or Thursday session during the first couple of training periods, if you need a little extra recovery throughout to adapt to the training.
