Basic 4-Week Sprint Training Program for All
This 4-week sprint training program consists of three workout days over a 4-week period. The program is designed to focus on speed and explosive development for all athletes. The program contains some of the most important elements for speed development; accelerations, speed endurance, top speed, & plyometrics are all included in this training program. This is supposed to be an introductory program to what some of the other programs on this site has to offer.
Not designed for athletes under the age of 13.
